Marisa Plan

Our new Marisa plan transforms the favorite features of our Marilyn to the next level. Industrial characteristics accentuate this minimalistic masculine style.  The magnetic attitude of the paint creates the perfect backdrop for the burnt wood planks and the newest Levven luxury Cambria quartz.  This plan has an expansive open living, kitchen, and dining area that leads out onto a spacious covered deck and vast back yard filled with trees for privacy with the walk out basement designed to entertain with its bar and ample space.
